Returns Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our products. However in the event that wish to return your item please note the following.

1. Please contact our customer services team to get a returns order number.
2. Returns must be received by us within 10 working days of receipt.
3. Carriage to be organised and the cost of carriage to be borne by the customer.
4. Items must be unopened for returns to be accepted.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
