1. Please contact our customer services team with your order number, to get a returns order number and a returns address. 2. Returns must be received by us within 14 working days of receipt. 3. Carriage to be organised and the cost of carriage to be borne by the customer. 4. Any carriage charges for sending the order out initially, will not be refunded. 5. Items must be unopened for returns to be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim despatch your order within 2 working days (although 99% of deliveries are made within 1) of receipt of your order. Next day delivery option is available for UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands. Your order will arrive securely packed in either a courier sack,or a box (dependent on size of order). Where possible, we try to use recycled / used boxes and cartons in order to do our little bit for our environment.

* Whilst we prefer payments Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro Solo, we also accept payments by Paypal. You can also place telephone orders and pay by credit/debit card.
